What we deliver

JDS Designs produces complete planning drawing packs for UK architectural practices — the full set of documents required to support a householder or full planning application to a UK Local Planning Authority.

Every drawing is prepared to the scale, notation, and information requirements of the UK Planning Portal, giving your project the best chance of a smooth validation and approval.

Whether you're preparing a residential or commercial, single-storey extension, a loft conversion, an HMO conversion, or a larger residential scheme, the pack we produce contains everything a planning officer needs to validate and assess the application.
