Frequently asked questions

  • We work in Revit 2022, 2023, and 2024. Specify your required version at briefing — we will deliver in the correct version to avoid compatibility issues.

  • Yes — we can produce Revit models from measured survey drawings or as-built CAD files. Point cloud to Revit conversion is available where the point cloud data is provided in RCP or RCS format.

  • Our standard architectural Revit modelling covers architectural elements (walls, floors, roofs, openings, stairs). MEP and structural elements can be modelled as separate linked files on request.

  • Yes — where standard Revit library families do not meet the project requirements, we create custom parametric families. Detail component creation and annotation families are included in most projects.

  • We produce the architectural model to your LOD specification and deliver it structured for coordination. We do not provide clash detection as a standard service but can work within a coordination workflow managed by the practice.

  • We use the ISO 19650 originator-project-volume-level-type-role-number naming convention by default. If your practice has its own naming convention, supply it at briefing and we will match it.
